24 hour turn-around on Fasteners
Plastic Coatings Ltd are pleased to announce that due to increasing demand for fast turn-around we have launched a 24 hour service for our fastener customers.
The service is available, on application, for coating systems that require degrease, phosphate and one or two coats of Xylan 1070 or Xylan 1424 on fasteners.
Where your requirement differs slightly from this, such as a need for gritblasting or alternative top coats (Xylar, Sermagard, Molycote etc) please feel free to contact us. We will try to accommodate all reasonable requests for a fast service.
We are able to offer this additional service as a result of the significant investments that have been made over the last 12 months. The investment includes new premises, new automated phosphate line, bespoke large capacity oven and new spray facility.
In addition to the investment in plant and equipment, we have increased the High Performance operations team by recruiting and training new operators and sprayers to work with our existing experienced team to deliver the same high quality product and fast service we have always offered.
