Pre-Treatment Line Commissioning
The installation of our new pre-treatment line is now complete. PCL are now cycling through a programme of commissioning and testing to prove the reliability and repeatability of the automated control systems.
Our range of pre-treatments available includes, Iron Phosphate, Zinc Phosphate, Acid Pickle and Phosphate and Oil. The system and chemicals used are compliant with Aker Solutions specification C110-C, FMC C80400, ASTM F1137 and specifications from The Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC).
