Health and Safety Edge Protection for Steel Erection Industry
We have won a major contract with a leading fabricator to coat new edge protection barriers and also carry out the strip and re-coat element of the refurbishment of old barriers.
To give the most cost effective solution, PCL are applying a classified polyester powder coat over an iron phosphate pre-treatment. The powder coat has been RAL matched to the steel erectors corporate colours.
As part of the complete service we offer to our customers, we are applying decals to the finished panels and then packing as a finished product in bespoke stillages ready to be shipped straight to site for installation.
The barriers form a vital part of the high level working platforms that create a safe environment for workers on construction sites around the UK.
