Another Successful Apprenticeship Complete!
Congratulations to Jordan Bradley on completing his Quality Practitioner level 4 Apprenticeship!
Following our previous successful apprenticeship programme, Jordan joined PCL in August 2022 as an apprentice in our Quality Department. Jordan had no previous manufacturing nor Quality Engineering experience but he did have an ambition to start a career in Quality Engineering and Quality Management.
Since Joining PCL, Jordan has gained a good understanding of our finishing operations which include, Powder Coating, E-coat painting, wet painting and plastic dip coatings. He has also gained experience of working within a Management System that is approved to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, IATF 16949 and by Investors In People.
Jordan exceeded all of our expectations by not only passing his apprenticeship but passing with distinction, well done Jordan!
With his apprenticeship complete, Jordan takes on a new role with us as Quality Technician. His development isn’t finished yet though, we’re now working on his continuing development towards Quality Engineer and perhaps beyond.
