Flash Ley Speech and Language Centre in Stafford caters for 10 children (aged 4 to 7 years) with specific speech and language disorders. The centre takes children from the surrounding areas including Cannock, Rugeley, Stourbridge and Perton.
The Centre aims to offer a small supportive environment that will attend to the child’s speech and language needs as well as delivering the National Curriculum. Being attached to the mainstream school allows the children to be included and supported in mainstream assemblies and lessons.
The team at Plastic Coatings Ltd think that the centre is a very good cause and we hope that by taking part in the Bank’s 10k run, we can raise enough money to donate four I-pad’s to the centre (raising the number of I-pads in the centre to five).
